Born out of the ashes of the Minneapolis underground, WAR//PLAGUE continue to be active in the hardcore punk, crust and thrash community while constantly pushing the envelope with their ever-evolving sound. Their latest LP “Manifest Ruination” will be slated for release in the fall of 2022.
Forming in early 2008, War//Plague have been one of the most dedicated and productive crust punk bands for the last decade bringing socio/political rage and ferocity to their music. With 11 releases to date, there is no end in sight for these veteran Minneapolis stalwarts!
WAR//PLAGUE will be crossing their 15 year anniversary threshold in 2023 and have an expansive catalog that includes split releases with some legendary bands such as WARWOUND, AXEGRINDER and more.

Australian Death Metal 4-pieces Writhing is finally back with the highly anticipated debut album 'Of Earth & Flesh', 8 new tracks expanding the ideas already heard in the demo and incorporating even more US death metal influence as well as more atmospheric parts!
Writhing was created in 2019 by Joel (guitars) and Pat (vocals). The pair had formed a bond through their previous bands As Flesh Decays and Rituals playing numerous shows together.
The goal was to combine suffocating heaviness and dissonant atmospherics, while still paying homage to their early death metal influences (Cannibal Corpse, Incantation, Morbid Angel etc).
After the addition of Jackson on bass, Writhing released the 'Eternalised In Rot' demo in 2020 receiving international acclaim and quickly making them a "band to watch in 2021 and beyond".
Jake (Truth Corroded, Whoretopsy) officially joined the ranks in 2022 for the release of the upcoming debut album, due in September through Everlasting Spew Records.
